Believe - to have confidence in the truth, the existence, or reliability of something, although without absolute proof that one is right in doing so: Only if one believes in something can one act purposefully. It is the act of having confidence or faith in the truth of something. Believing in what you cannot see. Hoping for that hoped for. Believing in yourself. Believing that things would get better. Even though the road is not looking smooth, you believe that along the way, things would get easier. Believing that you will pass your exams successfully. Believing that your sick mother or father or brother or sister would not die but live long to declare the word of the lord in the land of the living. Believing that your debts would be taken care of. Believing that food would be provided.Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. But remember they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Be believing, be happy, don't get discouraged! Things will work out. Faith is not belief without proof, but trust without reservation. If you don't stand for anything, you will fall for anything. (Malcom X) To believe is to be strong. Doubt, cramps energy. Belief is power!
